Auto Lighting Production 01

Drive Assembly

We begin production with the electrostatic hand ring operation and from there, begin assembly of the driver board. To ensure high-performance lighting, we precisely put the parts in place, including soldering leads, current testing, mounting cases, gluing, mounting covers, and locking screws.

Light Panel Assembly

For a secure assembly, we evenly distribute the glue around the lamp board and put together the lamp beads and pressure plate over the lamp board, with its screws locked. From welding the connection board, fan, driver, and light board together, we produce a semi-finished product for testing.

Fan Installation

Fan installation primarily focuses on the need for the screw to be tightened in place for the fan to swing in position when operating.

Final Assembly

To complete the assembly process, we add the light tail cap on the car light and ensure the tail cap is pressed to the bottom, preventing it from being stuck to the fan or deformed.

Aging & Testing

Our car lights undergo 4-8 hour aging tests to resolve defects, along with a set of temperature, brightness, and salt spray tests. By constantly testing every step, we ensure every car light delivered to you performs optimally.
